We ship to Greece, Cyprus and 17 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.

How many days until I receive my order?
Greece and Cyprus: 1–3 working days from order confirmation.
Rest of Europe: 5–10 working days (3–5 to Romania, 2–4 to Bulgaria).
For products that are not immediately available or for custom orders, we will let you know the exact time.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer — the account details are shown at checkout and in the confirmation email. Write your full name or order number in the payment reference and send the receipt to [email protected]. Your order ships as soon as the payment arrives.
Cash on delivery — you pay the courier in cash, with an extra charge of 2,00 €. Available only for deliveries in Greece with Geniki Taxydromiki.
For orders outside Greece, Cyprus included, payment is by card only.
Where is my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Enter it on the page Order tracking to see where it is.
With BOX NOW you will also receive an SMS with your locker code.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of the day you receive it.
- Contact us first on +30 24210 21515 or at [email protected], explaining the reason.
- Send the product with Geniki Taxydromiki to: Love 2 Dance, Agiou Nikolaou 55, 38221 Volos, Greece, at your own cost.
- The product must be unworn, complete, undamaged, in its original packaging and sent with the proof of purchase.
Returns are made by exchange or replacement of the product. The cost of sending the new item is yours.
Exception: if the product is faulty or we made a mistake with the order, invoice or shipment, we cover the replacement and all shipping costs.
Are there products that cannot be returned?
- Tights and underwear — for hygiene reasons.
- Custom products, made to your own measurements or specifications.
How do I find the right size in BD Dance shoes?
Professional dance shoes are worn tighter than everyday shoes — your foot should not “swim” inside.
Measure your foot in centimetres, from the heel to your longest toe, and compare it with the BD Dance size chart.
If you are between two sizes, write to us — we’ll find it together.
