Exchanging a size or product

If a product does not fit, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

For exchanges, the cost of shipping the item back to our shop and of sending the new item is paid by the customer. Before the exchange, we let you know about availability and any price difference.

Care when trying on

Try products on only as much as you need to check the size and fit. Dance shoes in particular must be tried on a clean, soft surface to protect the soles.

Return the product carefully packed, with its tags, accessories and original packaging, where available.

Refunds — right of withdrawal

For purchases from our online shop, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. You then need to send the product back within 14 days of telling us.

The direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.

If you withdraw from the whole order, we refund the amount you paid, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

If you return part of the order, we refund the value of the products returned.

Refunds are made within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.

Hygiene products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, such as tights, underwear, cosmetics and tanning products, once they have been unsealed after delivery. This exception applies only to products that meet these conditions.

Faulty or wrong product

If you receive a faulty product, or a different product from the one you ordered, contact us and we will sort it out. We pay the related shipping costs. Your legal rights are not affected.
